@NedRutland Good edits on the whole to my last edit. The link from "Green" to "environmentally friendly" was obviously unsatisfactory, but it was what was suggested by WP itself, not my own idea. I'm replacing it with a link to "Environmentalist" now. Better? "Green" does need to be capitalized, by the way, whereas I agree that "anarchist" does not. @NedRutland: You seem very certain about "Green" meaning the Green Party, and whether what Heseltine was wearing was armoured or not. I know that it was a long time ago and human memory is fallible, but I was there on the day, no more than 1.5m from Heseltine with just an ordinary chain-link fence between myself and him, and no other obstruction except the back of the cameraman and his attendant security detail passing briefly between us. I know all of the Greens involved, since I lived alongside them for months. "Green" denotes a movement, of which the Green Party is and was an important but not definitive part. Bruce Garrard, the author of the book I reference in the article is and was a GP member, and another of the Greens there, Brig Oubridge, was among the Party's founders, but that does not make all Greens members of the Green Party. I wonder whether you are perhaps using a US standard for the use of the capitalized term "Green"? I assure you that you are simply incorrect in insisting that it applies specifically and exclusively to the party, at least in a UK context. If it were, I would simply have linked to the article on the party. (Full disclosure: I was not then a member of the Green Party, nor at any time since, until last year. I am now). Anyway, neither point seems important enough in this context to push it further. I remain respectful of your edits on the whole. KindaQuantum (talk) 20:32, 4 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Lede[edit]

Does the lede need updating? The 2nd para states "It is now a non-flying facility under the control of the United States Air Force (USAF), and is one of two Royal Air Force (RAF) stations in Cambridgeshire currently used by the United States Air Forces in Europe (USAFE)." but then the 4th para states "On 8 January 2015 it was announced that the US Air Force would be withdrawn from RAF Molesworth" Mztourist (talk) 10:21, 7 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
