"The Queenie Captain Community Centre Society (QCCCS) is an outreach initiative of St Stephen's Church (CNI) established to support vulnerable communities around our church. It is not only a symbol of faith in action, but also a testament to the love for our neighbours."

No idea if Captain is deceased or not, but as this was named after her and doesn't seem to be mentioned I assume she has passed away. Skycloud86 (talk) 23:51, 18 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
