About deletion[edit]

Philippe Coutinho became very well known in Brazil after Real Madrid tried to hire him when he was only 15. Now that he's 16, Internazionale bought him from Vasco. He got popular because of THIS EVENT. Doesn't it fit in the category People notable only for one event?

Even if Philippe Coutinho doesn't have any senior caps for Vasco, he has played and scored several times for his country at youth level. Good question. I just reverted edits that had changed double-p to single-p, but assuming good faith. If you go to his website, the web address has one p, but the title at the top of the page has two p's. So I'll be darned if I know which one is correct. This is one issue with the full protection. Updating the page after the conformation may be delayed for a while as it requires an administrator to make the change. I a page is gold locked their should be at least 1 administrator keeping an eye on the sources to update as soon as the unveiling is reliably confirmed (as it now has).
