context/confusion[edit]

What is a "cram down"? What where the major points raised by the Court? Who was Nobleman and how did the case end up in the Supreme Court? In laymans terms, describe the lending policy that American Savings Bank was employing. Was this a widespread practice?

Article Rewrite[edit]

I believe that this article should be TNT'd and rewritten from scratch. I'd be happy to do that, provided that there are no objections to my so doing. I've started drafting a re-written version of this article, which can be found here. If no objections to my TNT-ing and re-writing this article have been made within forty-five (45) days from the posting of this comment, I'll take that as a green light to proceed with the TNT/re-write. Thanks, -- Passerculus90 (talk) 02:57, 7 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
