On the status of the Act's activity (active/unknown/repealed)[edit]

I think that the Act's activity status is 'active'. I had gone to the India Code website https://www.indiacode.nic.in/ and found that the Act was available for viewing there, unlike those that have been known to be either repealed or struck down as unconstitutional. I am unable to find any other way of confirming if the Act is active/repealed.
