Döner kebab?[edit]

Sorry, but are we not talking about ethnically German food here? Döner kebab's popularity in Germany is primarily because the large amount of Turkish immigration the country has seen. Although your comment is 12years old now, I still want to answer this.

Döner Kebab the way it is served in Germany was pretty much unknown in Turkey. Of course this has changed over the years and Döner Kebab can be found all over the EU.

So yes the dish called Döner Kebab was invented in Germany by Turkish immigrants. This doesn't make the food Turkish in origin but more in ethnicity. Probably comparable to Chinese Food and American-Chinese Food. 2A02:3038:20D:280B:99FA:D08A:9921:6505 (talk) 15:39, 13 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Black Forest[edit]

Franconia[edit]

Franconia is part of Bavaria. Bavaria is Franconia and Old Bavaria.

 So we could put these two as sub sections of Bavaria

Regensburger Wurst: Regensburg is the capital of Oberpfalz, which belongs to Old Bavaria and not Franconia (nevertheless its just 80k km apart). Korn picture[edit]

Schnitzel again[edit]

I am not really a author or creator so I don't wanna just change things.

Anyhow, Schnitzel is very popular in Germany yes, but there is no Schnitzel made of beef. The cheap kind usually is made with pork or some sort of poultry (chicken for example).
