This is rather a definition of a "Mess" instead of a meeting. The kick-off's purpose is to SUMMARIZE project variables - scope, resources, schedule; to repeat what is already known and agreed and to show support from the Decision makers / SteerCo chairman / Sponsors / Authorities. One of the important aspects of agenda should be the reporting and escalation process also.
I added a summary meeting at the end of the project to the kick-off meeting page at the beginning of the project. My intention is to create a summary meeting page, but I would like your opinion.
