Sir i purchased a royal Enfield bike from my friend and i snd them my rc( DL1SW4899) for ownership transfer on name of my sister (Anu mehta )she is living in bank colony mandoli delhi but they send me message on 3-12-2021 they dispatch the rc to my sister s adress but we can't receive it on 2-2-2022 . Why they change again and again of printing setup of registration certificate of vechile in one place to another place in delhi[edit]
Sir your rto officers change a rc printing place second time in delhi which is very painful for us amoung all these movements there is impossible to handle all records of rc documents they lost many of them when people go in rto to find out their rc documents they harrs people and send them here and there but they hide actually thing they lost their rc certificates sir plz take necessary action amoung them specifically rto people's srai kale kha mlo officer their staff could not respond properly and they can't give right information and give permission to meet mlo officer sari kale kha they hide it .they can't able to handle properly the printing work of rc documents they give it to third party and illiterate people who r contract bases work on printing of rc documents sir plz take necessary action and when they found its not a task to handle they send it to rohini and they miss guide us and said the corona is going on so we changed the place they give wrong used bar code on rc postal envelopes by third party they give their work of rc printing to contact base company that company done wrong way of printing process of rc and sending their owners and people can't receive them so please sir take action on it and stop changing the printing place setups of rc printing of vehicles in all these process they lost many rc documents.
