The sourcing for this entry needs work, but one problematic reference in particular is Haq, M. Zahurul (5 August 2011). M.N. Schmitt, Louise Arimatsu, T. McCormack, ed. Yearbook of International Humanitarian Law - 2010 (1st ed.). Springer. p. 463. ISBN 978-9067048101. I can't access the publication, but there are only 400 pages in the book, so clearly something is inaccurate about this reference. Bangabandhu (talk) 21:13, 15 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Bangabandhu: I may have access to the source; I'll check this weekend. If I don't, the extremely helpful folks at Resource Request can almost certainly get it. They won't email a whole eBook, but if you describe what you're trying to verify they'll search the source and try to identify the page(s) it came from. EU resolutions of support[edit]

Currently, the entry reads: "The EU has passed three resolutions supporting the trials" which is sourced to this article. That article doesn't cite the resolutions by name, referencing a Peter Custers. I would like to know what the three resolutions were, if they exist. I suspect that the characterization of the EU's view in this article is more accurate. The EU didn't provide a wholesale endorsement to or support of the ICT, but recognized that the Bangladeshi people had prioritized it. Would welcome more sources, as I think this is problematic as it currently stands. From this 2010 Economist article - "The United Nations and Western governments are wary of lending support to a tribunal unless it conforms to international standards of due process" which does not fit with the existence of three EU resolutions in support. Ashrafuz Zaman Khan[edit]
