History is incomplete (ends 1930s)[edit]

This history is rather incomplete and does not cover, for example, the later legislations to regulate credit unions and the reasons behind these laws. This history should extend to at least the 1980's, not ending in the 1930s.

Reference for history in the US[edit]

I just recently came across this series of articles from the CUNA archivist. Quite a lot in there to be used. Jim Miller See me | Touch me | Review me 16:59, 6 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Comment[edit]

Shouldn't this page be a section in the larger Credit Unions article? Why is it separate?--198.84.216.202 (talk) 02:53, 2 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This article is summarized at the main credit union article, but the history is large enough to warrant its own article. 72Dino (talk) 02:56, 2 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
