Merger?[edit]

I think the St. Louis (Amtrak station) article should be merged into this one. I see no reason to have 2 separate articles about this one facility. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 205.152.44.244 (talk) 22:47, 14 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

As do I. And if necessary, we should move whatever information is here onto the Gateway station article. ----DanTD (talk) 17:11, 2 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I just swiped a chapter from the duplicate, and I'm going to redirect it now. I should ask if there's anything else anybody wants from the old article onto the new article, but you can easily go through the history of the old article for that. ----DanTD (talk) 21:30, 2 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Platforms[edit]

Does the Depot have 2 platforms? Tell how many platforms it has soon. Bye! Fila934 (talk) 10:25, 9 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Merger?[edit]

In my opinion, this article needs to be merged with the Gateway Multimodal Transportation Center article. They are both about the same facility, and contain a lot of overlapping material (as you would expect from 2 articles about the same place). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 205.152.44.244 (talk) 22:45, 14 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Done. ----DanTD (talk) 21:34, 2 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Megabus[edit]

Should this article really mention Megabus? Its St. Louis stop is at 20th and Market (near Union Station), over half a mile from this facility. Mackensen (talk) 17:21, 25 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Another merger[edit]

Last year an anonymous IP tagged Civic Center (St. Louis MetroLink) for a merger with this article. Nobody has even brought up the discussion yet. ---------User:DanTD (talk) 19:06, 13 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • Rather than merging, I have cleaned up both of these facilites to reflect that the Civic Center station is for local services and the Gateway Station has intercity services provided by Amtrak, Greyhound, and Megabus. Secondarywaltz (talk) 00:20, 1 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Gateway Multimodal Transportation CenterGateway Transportation Center – I'm a frequent user of this station and I've never known it by the "Multimodal" moniker (maybe an old name?). The station website calls it the "Gateway Transportation Center". Mark Schierbecker (talk) 00:30, 1 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
