Move revisited[edit]

I'm getting that "Rodrigues Alves" was just his surname. He may have been often referred to by just his surname, as many notable people are (Beethoven, Liberace, Einstein ...), but shouldn't an encyclopedia be having an article on Francisco de Paula Rodrigues Alves?
