Stubbing this article[edit]
Because this article is completely unsourced, does not accurately reflect the way the subject has developed, and is evidently a massive copyright violation (see [1]), I'm about to WP:Nuke it from orbit and replace it with a better-sourced and more accurate stub page. Any help with rebuilding the page would be appreciated. I've recently worked on overhauling Competency-based learning for similar reasons, and that article could provide good sources and/or framing for this one. warmly, ezlev. talk 19:51, 25 November 2020 (UTC)
