All colleges of this type are probably notable, but in some countries "colleges" can include High schools, post-secondary schools that grant diplomas or certificates that are not considered anywhere close to the equivalent of a Bachelors degree from an accredited institution, or non-notable sub-institutions inside of a notable institution.
I'm not writing this to you, but rather to other editors who may see your remark and write an article about their local non-notable barber college or court reporting college.
