Name[edit]

"Gaylord" is not an internationally used term. A better primary name should be "bulk bin". Rlsheehan (talk) 16:30, 20 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Makes sense, however when I googled "bulk bin" all but one of the first page of hits was for large stationary polymer containers for farm usage. So what do you think of corrugated bulk bin? Wizard191 (talk) 17:11, 20 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I've checked the IoPP terminology: "bulk bin" or "bulk box" are common. I'll use "bulk box".
Gaylord must go. Rlsheehan (talk) 17:41, 21 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I just happened across this article and I'm adding my observation here that everyone I know (in the UK) refers to 8 sided cardboard containers as "octabins". JSL595 (talk) 23:48, 1 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

article limited by geography[edit]
