Cleanup needed[edit]

The section of Impacts listing actual construction appears to use personal experience (a cited site visit) and personal assumptions of causes which it is unclear if they are quoting offline documents (reference 14 cites internal reports read during the 1980s) or personal assumptions of the author. --Scott Davis Talk 21:24, 19 January 2020 (UTC)Reply[reply]
