Referring to Spain's Código Civil and Portugal's Civil Code[edit]

It seems odd to me that we refer to the Spanish Civil Code by it's Spanish name, and yet refer to Portugual's by its English name (for the record, "civil code" appears to be código civil in Portuguese as well). I do not know what the conventions are, but it seems to me this is an inconsistency that should be corrected. If there is no convention regarding if the term should be translated or not, then I would suggest it be translated to English, as other codes are often referred to by their English name in common parlance (i.e the Napoleonic code).
