Clear vandalism of any origin may be reverted without restriction.
Reverts of edits made by anonymous (IP) editors that are not vandalism are exempt from the 1RR but are subject to the usual rules on edit warring. If you are in doubt, contact an administrator for assistance.

@YiwenDong191919: you left a message on my talk page and I thought better to reply here since I wanted to get more feedback on my comments from others. I took a look at the suggested edits on your talk page here [1] and my feedback is some of it is interesting but in general, it is probably too detailed for a wikipedia article. I think a summary of the history of their notable products would be good. I am sure there is some wikipedia guideline on this (and I dont know what guideline it is), so I will loop in jytdog (talk · contribs) to see if he has some suggestions. I do know that we need to use good sources, but in some cases, primary sources might be ok for purely informational purposes. But then that information shouldn't provide too much detail that might make the article look promotional or like a product catalog. Let's see if some other editors steer us in the right direction. Ah make sense. Good sources are hard to come by for some of this. I feel like topics on Bitcoin cash and AsicBoost are kind of important to at least have a mention because of the controversy the have stured up in the community. I've considered adding medium articles such as [2] and [3] where members of the community talked about Bitmain's behavior of and their effects on the overall crypto community. I thought they were too opinionated though so I left them out and stuck more to what was said such as from Bitmain offcial and Greg Maxwell which themselves are biased as well. Yes, i find those topics interesting as well. However, as you mention the sources are really sparse and Wikipedia policy is generally doesn't allow for Medium, company blogs, etc. In the case of crypto as there has been a problem with promotionalism the requirements are now even stricter than other less patrolled wikipedia subjects. @Josh.a.chu: you are adding some content about a lawsuit with bitmain and you said something like that bitmain was ordered to pay double in court costs what it had sought in the lawsuit.
