released?[edit]

I don't think it has been released. Correct me if I'm wrong because I'd love to see it. BriEnBest (talk) 02:16, 21 February 2012 (UTC) By the way, I wonder when it is supposed to be released, if it has not been. If it has been, where can one get it? I have not been able to find any sources for this on the internet. BriEnBest (talk) 02:17, 21 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The first film has been released in Japanese theaters. We will have to wait for dvd/blueray release. --Harizotoh9 (talk) 02:26, 21 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

May 23rd for dvd/bd, per http://www.critiques4geeks.com/2012/03/09/anime-berserk-golden-age-arc-i-to-get-dvdblu-ray-release-for-may-23/ — Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.254.178.149 (talk) 04:04, 7 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I'm wondering (if anybody speaks Japanese as well as English), do we know if there will be a fourth chapter in the works? While these three chapters didn't leave off on as much of a non-descriptive cliffhanger as the original anime, they still left much to be desired. Granted I keep reading the original manga (scanlations), but this series has had some interesting changes. 66.25.69.5 (talk) 13:23, 22 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Picture[edit]

Why is a manga cover used as a picture for this article? Isn't this supposed to cover the movies? Nexoriator (talk) 21:23, 30 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Because there is no image right now. You can feel free to upload one. --Harizotoh9 (talk) 21:31, 30 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Part 4 / "Saga"[edit]

"The Advent" not "Descent"[edit]

The article twice references the third movie as "The Advent" which matches what you see at 4:55 into the movie, the listing and packaging of this title available for sale on Amazon from 24 retailers, and the listing on Anime News Network. As far as I can tell, the title is only physically available as "Descent" from a bootleg source so I have made the corresponding change to the article. Advent summary has inaccurate ending[edit]

Ending describes Godo who is not a character in the golden age trilogy at all. Guts doesn't swear revenge and doesn't leave either Casca or Rickert.

" Enraged by Griffith's actions, having lost his arm and eye, Guts swears revenge on him and the demons as he leaves Casca, and Rickert, who was not present at the rescue mission, to Godo as he begins his quest." — Preceding unsigned comment added by 73.223.209.208 (talk) 03:00, 1 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
