It's two sentence addition from the most reliable data in the industry. Most students, parents, and others like to know the data. I guess much of the page can be removed based on "not helpful" if that's not helpful. Please refrain from Wikipedia:Ownership of contentSMH2023s (talk) 22:22, 19 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Elaboration is needed because "median salary" does not deliver enough specificity. It's also baised. Some colleges with huge humanity departments will have their salary data artifically depressed. Salary data is notable, featuring in almost all rankings, reivews, and other media. SMH2023s (talk) 22:33, 19 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
The statement "The median salaries of graduates vary across disciplines" is inane. It's obvious and unhelpful and unnecessary. ElKevbo (talk) 23:08, 19 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It's used to link the two sentences. The previous one describe the college's median salary. The next one describes the median salaries of a few majors. If the reader is interested in exploring further, he or she can use the link. Median salaries of all majors are not added because it would be indiscriminate collection of stats. I removed "vary across disciplines." SMH2023s (talk) 23:30, 19 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
What do you mean by snythesis? It makes no snythesis or interpretation. It describes data, which is notable. SMH2023s (talk) 02:59, 20 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It looks like a bunch of notable alumni were removed in [1] this edit and should be restored. FloridaArmy (talk) 09:58, 9 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I think we have to be a bit conservative with which alumni we name as the list is quite long. I'm not opposing restoring these people though. —Panamitsu(talk) 10:00, 9 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
