Neutrality and factual accuracy[edit]

I added Template:Peacock for claims like "Bashkir State University is a shining example of a classical higher education establishment ... our University does not rest on its laurels". The article should use relevant and verifiable facts to present the institution in a manner that is fair, neutral, and proportional. --Ori.livneh (talk) 09:14, 1 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
