I noticed the media began labeling the incident as the "Pamplona massacre", and this article should be moved accordingly. However the a split proposal was opened for this article and I'm puzzled to how this article would be split as it only discusses one event, the assassination of the governor. Assassination of Roel DegamoPamplona massacre – "Pamplano massacre" has emerged as a proper name for this incident. Note that a possibly erroneous split request was opened for this article.
