Expand lead[edit]

GA Reassessment[edit]

Tagged for lead expansion, which is an easy fix. There are a distinct lack of references throughout the body though and the prose needs a lot of work. Short single sentence paragraphs, WP:proseline, honorifics, etc. Will provide a more detailed review if someone gives it a copy edit and wants to take it on.
