Flora and Fauna[edit]

If anyone has any information as to the native flora and fauna of Anjouan please do share and create a section for this. I am interested in the flora and fauna of this comoros island. Felixboy 19:13, 5 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Too much info[edit]

We have too much info on recent political events in this article. There's a separate article on those events, which is where the content should go; only a brief summary, maybe one or two paragraphs, is needed here. Everyking (talk) 04:16, 26 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

That's why an additional link to the archive of the web page is given.[1] And it was a government website even if it's not now. — AjaxSmack 19:34, 26 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Image copyright problem with Image:KMF Ind10077o.jpg[edit]

The image Image:KMF Ind10077o.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

BIG WARNING[edit]

A company allegedly called Anjouan Corporate Services provides false banking authorizations with a so-called Anjouan Register.

The central bank of the Comoros has alerted this: https://banque-comores.km/uploads/COMMUNIQUE-DE-LA-BCC-SUR-LEXERCICE-ILLEGAL-DACTIVITES-BANCAIRES-OFFSHORES(3).pdf

However, they continue to be rampant on the internet and many banks, even a serious bank, have fallen into the trap.

The problem is that they even fake Wikipedia, they present themselves as authorized in the Comoros. However, the only register authorized in the Comoros is the ANPI.

It is important to lock this page. Peave (talk) 07:08, 20 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
