As Chief Innovation Officer, Di Marco leads the company’s R&D and work on its next generation of technology called The Digital Experience Platform (DXP) or C4. [2] [3]

Hello - thank you for your response. I have made edits to the attached which removes references to TechnologyOne which don't specifically relate to Adrian Di Marco. For specific clarity, of the proposed previous additions proposed, these lines have been removed from the now proposed copy:

The company has been consistently profitable since 1992 and boasts the largest Australian-owned commercial R&D centres. [1] TechnologyOne has increased its profits every year since listing in December 1999 and the size of the company has doubled every five years. [2] In 2019, the SaaS platform represents more than 30 per cent of customers for TechnologyOne [3], after its cloud-based Ci Anywhere software was launched by Di Marco in 2014. [4]

TechnologyOne unveiled details of the platform in 2019, with 14 applications to feature in its initial launch. [5]

Di Marco said the new platform will include technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning. [6]

removing COI template[edit]

Hi! I'm a COI editor for TechnologyOne, a client of GRACosway, which is a sister agency of my employer, Porter Novelli. I'd like to request that {{COI}} be removed from this article. This flag was placed five years ago by a user who has since been blocked. Since then, the article contents have changed substantially. Additionally, it looks like a discussion was never started here identifying the specific issue with the article, as requested by the template documentation. The article doesn't have any major NPOV issues that are apparent to me (although I am intending to recommend ways to beef up some of the citations in the coming weeks). Early life and education[edit]

Di Marco was born in Brisbane in 1958, the child of Italian immigrants.[1] He attended St James College in Brisbane.[2]
He became interested in IT after helping his brother, who was studying engineering at university, to program one of the first digital computers. After high school, Di Marco completed a science degree at the University of Queensland,[3] majoring in computer science.[1] Early in his career, he worked at Arthur Andersen (now Accenture).[1]

I think it makes sense to make this a new section, with "TechnologyOne CEO" and "Post-CEO" as subsections.

@MaryGaulke and Go4thProsper: I'm thinking that the sentences He also advocated for and adopted a "leadership" model for running a business, as opposed to a "management" model run by professional managers, which he tried during a period of rapid expansion and led to difficulties including missed deadlines and loss of talent. He has argued that a focus on corporate governance weakens companies and that having a board that understands business and innovation is more important than having independent directors. could do with some editing to be less business-speak-y, and clearer - I don't know which model led to difficulties, for example.
