Promotional, poorly sourced, prospective[edit]

The last paragraph with quotes from the Houston Chroncle's Allyn West, even though it is not written in Wikipedia voice, seems to fail WP:NPOV. Also, there is too much primary sourcing: Hines and Pickard Chilton. Too much of the article was written from the perspective of what would happen. A total re-write would be in order. Promotional sources[edit]
