The City of Muskegon was an iron-hulled sidewheel steamer, built in 1881 for service on the Great Lakes, which was wrecked early on Wednesday 29 October 1919 when it struck a pier at Muskegon, Michigan, in s gale, sinking in about four minutes.At least 14 were killed.[1]
