"Yoga" is a song by American recording artist Brooke Candy and Croatian record producer Only Fire, released on October 14, 2022, in collaboration between the two. It is Brooke Candy's twenty-fifth single overall and Only Fire's eleventh.

Background and release
According to Only Fire in an interview with Out published soon after the release of the single, the idea for "Yoga" had existed long before Candy reached out to collaborate on a track together, and that her songwriting and creative direction helped lead the song to completion, saying "I had the idea for Yoga in mind for a long time but never got the verses right until she hopped on it and did her thing. Both our styles are very similar so this collab just made sense, and it’s definitely not our last one". He had been a fan of Candy's since 2012 from her debut single "Das Me", and described feeling excited when Candy reached out to collaborate in 2022." Unlike most of Candy's singles, "Yoga" did not receive a music video; instead, Candy uploaded a self-directed visualizer by dancer Lexee Smith to her YouTube channel on the day of the song's release.

Along with "Flip Phone", Candy's previously released single and her first musical input in nearly three years, "Yoga" was initially released as a single for her upcoming sophomore studio album following Sexorcism (2019), although Candy expressed indecisiveness with what to do with her post-Sexorcism music in a January 2023 interview with Only Fire.

Composition
"Yoga" is a two-minute, fifty-nine second house song with elements of pop rap and hip house, and Only Fire said of the track "I wanted Yoga to have a generic house sound you would hear on the radio in the gym; catchy but with very raunchy lyrics." Though Brooke Candy's vocals are prominent on the track, Only Fire's signature text-to-speech usage of Siri appears throughout the track as well.
