Description
English: View of the area of George Washington's crossing of the Delaware River, looking north from the state line on the Washington Crossing Bridge. Washington Crossing Historic Park in Pennsylvania is on the left (west) and Washington Crossing State Park in New Jersey is on the right (east). The ferry crossing was located here. The nighttime crossing led to the Washington's victory at the Battle of Trenton on the morning of December 26, 1776.
