Who is this meant to cover?[edit]

Is this just meant to be about politicians? That is usually taken to mean elected politicians, MPs. It seems to currently include anyone vaguely associated with the Labour party. Dickie Attenborough sits as a Labour peer and has sat on the NEC. But does that make him a politician? -- SteveCrook 12:15, 25 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, unless there is any objection, I reckon we should create a "Labour Party people (UK)" category. This could contain party officials, activists etc. TreveXtalk 13:47, 10 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Another good example is Lou Kenton. In what sense is he a "politician"? TreveXtalk 13:47, 10 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
